Do’s & Don’ts

Please follow these guidelines to ensure safe and compliant funding and communication with DMC Markets (PVT) Ltd.

✅ Do’s

  • Fund your trading account only through the official PMEX funding mechanism, using the approved procedure and verified account details.
  • Transfer funds directly into your own PMEX trading account (in your own name) to ensure proper record-keeping and regulatory compliance.
  • Keep and save all proof of payment (bank slip, online transfer receipt, transaction ID, screenshots) for future reference and verification.
  • Confirm payment instructions through the Company’s official channels (official phone numbers, official email, website announcements, or authorized support).
  • Immediately report any unusual or suspicious request (cash demand, personal account request, pressure tactics) to the Company before taking action.

❌ Don’ts

  • Do not give cash or hand over money to any employee, officer, agent, or representative—client funding is never collected in person.
  • Do not transfer funds to personal bank accounts or any unofficial account—payments must follow the official PMEX funding route only.
  • Do not share OTPs, passwords, login details, or grant account access to anyone, even if they claim to be from the Company.
  • Do not act on payment instructions received via unofficial WhatsApp/SMS numbers or private messages without verification from official channels.
  • Do not enter into any side arrangement, private dealing, or alternative funding method outside the prescribed PMEX funding mechanism.

Official Client Funds & Regulatory Disclosure Notice

All client funds are transferred exclusively and directly into individual trading accounts maintained with Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX).

The Company does not accept, receive, collect, hold, or process client funds in any form.

The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any financial transactions, arrangements, or dealings conducted by clients with any employee, officer, agent, or representative of the Company outside the officially prescribed PMEX funding mechanism. Any such dealings are undertaken entirely at the client’s own risk.

The Company is a Corporate Member of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX) and operates in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations under the regulatory oversight of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
